What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash in Egyptian pounds or US dollars, as well as major credit cards at our Hurghada location. Payment is collected at the spa before or after your session, depending on booking type.
Are prices per person or per session?
All listed prices are per person, per session or package. Group bookings and couples' sessions can be arranged, and we're happy to provide a combined quote when you contact us directly.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booked appointment?
Yes, appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a partial fee to cover reserved therapist time.
What's included in the Complete Rejuvenation package?
This three-session program includes a mix of massage therapy and body treatments tailored to your goals, a consultation to plan your sessions, priority scheduling, and a take-home skincare kit to extend your results at home.
Do prices include taxes or service charges?
